    Bank of America Corp. (NYSE:BAC) on Wednesday announced that William P. Boardman would not seek another term as director at its annual meeting of shareholders in May.

    "When I agreed to come out of retirement to join the Bank of America board, I committed to doing it for two years," said Boardman, 69, who was elected to the board in June 2009. "Now that those two years are complete, I plan to return to retirement. I wish Bank of America the best going forward."

    Bank of America Corp. also was able to win the lawsuit filed against it by black financial advisers at the former Merrill Lynch & Co. who said they were paid lower bonuses than white counterparts to stay on when the companies merged.

    Shares of Bank of America Corp. (NYSE:BAC) are trading at $13.35 above the support level of $13.2. Major support levels for Bank of America Corp. (NYSE:BAC) below current price are at $12.53, $11.81 and at $11.2. Resistance levels above current price are at $13.66, $14.1, $14.48 and at $15.08. If BAC Shares drop below $13, it will be a good jumping point for longs.
