    BLOAQ - Blockbuster Inc. (PINK:BLOAQ)
    As per reports from Bloomberg, Blockbuster Inc. (PINK:BLOAQ) is the target of a possible buyout by creditors including billionaire Carl Icahn and Monarch Capital Master Partners LP for less than $300 million. Shares gained 26% on Friday and are expected to continue the gain on Monday.

    GLER - Global Earth Energy Inc (OTC:GLER)
    Dropped 42% on Friday on great news. Global Earth Energy Inc. (OTC:GLER) announced today it has entered into a joint venture partnership with GFC 2005 LLC, a coal mining concern with offices in Orion, Michigan. The deal involves the mining and sale of 1,000,000 tons of coal per year for the next five years at a per tonnage price of approximately $100.00 per ton. The joint venture will govr GLER a gross revenue stream of approximately $150 million in next 5 years. Shares can jump back up any time. Be careful while trading penny stocks.

    EXPE- Expedia, Inc. (NASDAQ:EXPE)
    Expedia Inc. (NASDAQ:EXPE) shares fell heavily on Friday after the online travel agent warned investments in technology and marketing would crimp its earnings growth in the first half of the year. Expedia is investing largely in marketing these days. Investors raised concerns about the future of the company sending the shares down by 17% on Friday. Also more and more airlines are trying to attract customers directly to their websites avoiding paying commission to agents such as Expedia. This will also have a negative impact on the earnings in future.

    HAWK- Seahawk Drilling, Inc. (NASDAQ:HAWK)
    Seahawk Drilling Inc. (NASDAQ:HAWK) plans to sell its fleet of offshore oil rigs, boats and other equipment to a competitor for $105 million as part of a bankruptcy filing. Houston-based Seahawk has struggled from a slowdown in drilling in the aftermath of the BP oil spill. Competitor Hercules Offshore Inc. has agreed to acquire its assets in a cash and stock deal.
