    AXAHY - AXA (ADR) (PINK:AXAHY)
    AXA Asia Pacific Holdings Ltd. (AXA.AU) said Monday it has received another takeover proposal from French parent AXA SA and Australian wealth manager AMP Ltd. (AMP.AU). AMP'S previous bid for the wealth management and insurance company was rejected in favor of rival suitor National Australia Bank Ltd. (NAB) last year. The NAB deal was later blocked by the competition regulator.
     
    BHP - BHP Billiton Limited (ADR)(NYSE:BHP)
    BHP Billiton plc announced that it has withdrawn its offer to acquire all of the issued and outstanding common shares of Potash Corporation of Saskatchewan Inc. BHP Billiton has determined that the condition of its Offer relating to receipt of a net benefit determination by the Minister of Industry under the Investment Canada Act cannot be satisfied, and accordingly, the Offer has been withdrawn.
     

    GYMB- Gymboree Corp. (NASDAQ:GYMB)
    Gymboree Corp. (NASDAQ:GYMB)will be releasing its Q3 earnings before the market open on Monday. Average analysts expectations from the company are to report earnings of $1.28 per share on revenue of $285.29 million.

    LOW- Lowe's Companies Inc. (NYSE:LOW)
    Lowe's Companies Inc. (NYSE: LOW) will be releasing its Q3 earnings before the market open on Monday. Average analysts expectations from the company are to report earnings of 30 cents per share on revenue of $11.76 billion.
