    Bank of America (BofA) is brining former Virginia attorney general Richard Cullen into its corner. Cullen is already been communicating with the offices of various state attorneys general, according to a source familiar with the investigation. Whether or not he will be attending attorney general five year reunions to get the latest AG dish on the investigation for doubtful foreclosure practices, there is very little doubt if he is a formidable legal mind.

    He was a part of George W. Bush's legal team during 2000 Florida recount, and also had helped Tom DeLay duck federal charges. Shares of Bank of America Corp. (NYSE:BAC) closed at $11.54 on Wednesday at just below support level of $11.26. There is no significant support below. Resistance levels above are $11.92, $12.5, $13.3, $14.11, $15.2, $15.83 and $16.29.
