    SRZ - Sunrise Senior Living, Inc.(NYSE:SRZ)
    Sunrise Senior Living, Inc. (NYSE:SRZ) announced today that it has entered into a settlement and restructuring agreement with HCP, Inc. to transition Sunrise from management of 27 HCP-owned senior living communities for an aggregate cash payment of $50 million to Sunrise, and to settle the lawsuits between the Company and HCP pending in Virginia and Delaware. Shares spiked 17% on the news on Tuesday.
     
    MVIS -Micro-vision Inc.(NASDAQ:MVIS)
    Shares of Microvision, Inc. (NASDAQ: MVIS) gained on the news that the new Apple Inc. (NASDAQ: AAPL) iPod may include a Pico projector from Microvision. This rumor came from an unnamed source of Taiwan. Shares of Microvision gained 10% on the news. it is worth noting that Liquidmetal Technologies inc. (LQMT) spiked with similar news connected with Apple Inc. and dropped badly later. Apple Inc. (NASDAQ:AAPL) stock closed at $243.10.


    WINN - Winn-Dixie Stores, Inc.(NASDAQ:WINN)
    Winn-Dixie Stores Inc. (WINN) reported fiscal 2010 fourth-quarter results after the on Monday. Net income jumped 48.8% to $14.0 million or 25 cents per share from $9.4 million or 17 cents per share in the year-ago period. Shares gained heavily on the news.

    GENZ- Genzyme Corporation (NASDAQ:GENZ)

    Genzyme Corporation (GENZ)rejected an $18.5 billion (11.9 billion pound) buyout offer from French drugmaker Sanofi-Aventis SA on Monday, setting the stage for a protracted and potentially hostile takeover battle. There was no news on Tuesday from any side. Shares stayed at $70 on Tuesday on expectations of a higher bid.
