According to the Top Government officials, Engineers monitoring BP plc's (NYSE BP) leaking well in the sea in the Gulf of Mexico have warned about having a seepage that could mean the cap has some problems. One way ahead is to keep the Cap on the well permanently and fill the well with mud and cement after the relief well is ready. While in case of possible danger of the cap not able to withstand the pressure, the option of reopening the well can be used. BAC - Bank of America Corp (NYSE:BAC)
U.S. financials still seem to be under pressure for Monday. Asian shares tumbled down on Monday after U.S. corporate results fell short of expectations. Bank of America Corp. (NYSE:BAC) shares will be a good buy if drops further on Monday. BAC shares were down 9% after releasing second-quarter earnings of 27 cents a share, or $3.1 billion on Friday.

    C- Citigroup Inc. (NYSE:C)
Citigroup Inc. is much different from Bank of America when it comes to International Business. Citi has its huge presence in and outside US. This separates it from the other financials and will be beneficial in going forward. Vikram Pandit, Citi's CEO, believes that the bank has "the elements for sustained profitability" and that there are number of positive trends in its business.
